HealthSouth Declares Dividend on 6.5% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., March 20, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- HealthSouth Corporation (NYSE: HLS) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $16.25 per share on its 6.5% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on April 15, 2009, to holders of record on April 1, 2009.
